Dear All
Whilst I bring you some sad news, I also bring you some exciting news too. Michael will be leaving the band this month. Fortunately we’ve not been subject to any rumours from local press so I can explain this without any hype.
Michael is taking a major change in musical direction and will be moving onto other ventures. I’ve known Michael all my life and we’ve been playing music together since we were about 13. It has been amazing, however it has now reached a point where it is time to go our separate ways. I’ve never really understood why bands say this until now but it does feel the right thing for all of us to do and will enable us to progress as much as it does Michael.
We are continuing a new project with former member of Acusis, Chris Simmonds. Chris was Glenn’s predecessor playing bass and was a major part in writing and recording our album ‘Seaside Backchat’, however, this time he will be turning his hand to a variety of different instruments and leading us into battle under our new alias. We’re currently in the studio recording our first EP which we hope you will all like as much as you did our previous work.
We will be ready for you to check out our music in a week or so and will of course inform you of the launch when it happens.
